Never done a brackish tank, But yours looks the dogs danglies. I wouldn't mind doing a puffer tank one day.

Is that java fern? If you've got it rooted in the sustrate it will slowly die, so if it is java fern then try tying it to the underside of the rocks instead

its java fern yeah , but why tie it ? it needs something to grow around ?

I'd tie the java fern at the root base to the wood or some rock with black cotton. By the time the cotton rots the rooting should have attached by itself Same for anubias.

so i cant have a plant away from the rock ,pebbles or wood ?

im a little confused, do you mean to say tie the plant *to* the rock or whatever , loosely at the roots and not put the roots even slightly into the substrate ?
