The Angels and Gouramis would probably be okay. As for the clowns and the bala sharks they need a huge tank and im sure that 55g is nowhere big enough. They grow to 12".
for starters, i'd say to get *either* the angels *or* the pearl gouramis.
angel fish can't be sexed until they start having sex and if two of the three pair up, they'll try their hardest to kill off the 3rd one. so i'd either got with 1 angel or spend the extra money to buy an established pair.
clown loaches grow far too big for a 55g, but 6" (half-grown) clown loaches are easily re-sold.
bala sharks grow far too big for a 55g, are schooling fish, and essentially don't re-sell at all. don't get it.
pearl gouramis can be sexed if you know what you're doing. if you want 3, get one male and two females. personally, i'd forget about angels and go with the pearls instead. angels can be tricky to keep with smaller fish but pearl gouramis really aren't aggressive to anything that isn't gourami-shaped.
