39g Stocking...

okay, for my 39G (US gallons) tank, i believe i have finalized my list:

6-8 tiger barbs
10 neon tetras or cherry barbs
4-6 peppered cories
1 pair of german blue rams
1 pair of german gold rams


this will also be a low-light planted tank. any suggestions? is this stocking list appropriate? overstocked? etc.
