Has anyone got any super suggestions what i can keep in here? Im thinking of some kind of freshwater puffer. Needs to be able to stay in this tank for life.

T.Palembangensis is not a 'small' puffer!
Dragon puffers grow slowly, but they reach sizes of up to eight inches! far too big for 20 gallons.
However, a single congo puffer tetraodon murius would be fine in 20 gallons for life, as long as you don't mind having what appears to be an empty tank for 90% of the time.
