.

Well, im getting the 5.5g tank off pfk and its going to be made into a nano marine. I just got an e-mail saying it will probably come around christmas, so hopefully it will come before christmas so my wish list would be:

Cured LR
Hermits, snails etc
powerhead (although i'll have a filter that i can sell to cover most of the cost for this)
heater
corals

think thats it, i already have a hydrometer for my brackish tank and i have some salt but will prob want more. If the tank comes after christmas i'll just want the money :p so i can buy stuff at later date.

edit: oh, didnt realise it was only for things that dont exist, ah well.

The only thing i'd like is an Asterophysus batrachus, but at £300 each i'm as likely to get one of those as i am to grow gills and be able to live under water :(

(If you don't celebrate Christmas, then replace it with the appropriate holiday)

Anyway...here's what I'd like.

I know they don't exist (yet), but I was thinking how cool it would be if I have a remote control for the aquarium lights. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble going back to sleep. It would be nice to be able to turn the moonlights on, watch the fishies til I feel sleepy again, then turn the lights off without having to get off the bed  (Can't leave the moonlights on indefinitely, I can't sleep with any kind of light on).

So uhhm. What's yours?

erm.... -_-
I have remote control plugs, in my computer/dining room... problem solved :D

I would like a set of devices that store FROZEN foods and feed them to my fish when required, the same as the dry food timer feeders but for frozen food basically. It would be such a great help, but alass costly to run I would imagine.

I would like a background for my tank that changes at the click of a switch, like the ones you see flipping over at football matches.

im sure someone here will kno how to get that working for ya.

cant be too hard if you kno a bit about electrics.

personally id like a house with a concrete floor so i can keep all my tanks and move out but i dont think that would fit in santas sleigh.

plus the concrete might way him down.

so second choice would probably be some fancy lights and co2 systems for all my tanks.

Enough money from various relatives (and there are a lot of them; about 26 all together that send presents which is usually money) to buy a MH/PC Retrokit and ballast for my 6 ft. Canopy on my newly constructed 180-gallon tank to start a reef aquarium.

Well, mine might sound simple compared to what you all are saying but I want that 2 foot piece of driftwood I saw at the LFS today. It might as well not exist considering our finances right now, but I put a word in with my husband for it as a christmas gift! :hyper:

Well actually if I can save up enough money Im thinking of somehow insatlling another light for my tank. May just get the light part off a hood, because i seriously cant understand these fancy diy ones, i really need real pic and stuff.
