I'd say the temp is just about right where it is. Are any of your fish sensitive to salt? I've heard of salt curing ich before. About the medication. First I would contact the supplier and ask what you should do in this instance. If they don't give you a satisfactory answer I would do a 20% water change every day for 3-4 days continuing the medication. after that I'd repeat the instructions on the bottle. I'm hoping someone else gives you some info on this cause I'm kinda guessing on that. I'm a little surprised they don't tell you what to do if the ich survives...

The rule of thumb I've heard is to continue the treatment for a few days after the last white spot disappears...so I would think just continuing to medicate should be fine.
