I do all my main tanks in the basement... seems like a lot, considering it used to be about 30 gallons at a time, the maximum of my old RO unit, and holding tank... I'm actually not noticing a difference on any of the fish at all, I honestly thought I would see a difference, since I was criticized for how little I was doing previously... I'm not saying more isn't better, I just thought I would see a difference in the fish...

I was thinking I was doing about a 1/3 water change now... but tanks total 380 gallons, ( actual tank size, not taking into account substrate, drift wood, plants, pots and other habitat, like the caves and 2 big pagodas in the hillstream tank ) so I'm likely around 300 ish actual gallons of water capacity...

Fairly sure the difference between good and better, isn't going to be noticeable in a couple weeks like that.

been closer to a couple months now....

... and if I was grossly under changing before...

this has me thinking, I may have to add another holding tank, I still have another 30 long, yet to fill, and the 250 gallon, going upstairs, eventually... I could add a 2nd storage tank, beside the current 100 gallon, or make some sort of stand, and put a smaller tank on top of the 100... or perhaps even over flow to another holding tank, and separate pump to the larger tank upstairs, as that gets closer to fill...
