10 Gallon Stocking

Hello

I was wondering what i could keep in my 10 gallon. I forgotten the rules/standards, so here goes. At the moment i am thinking about:

6 Neon Tetras or Cardinals
2 Ottos

Neons don't produce much waste, and Ottos probably dont either. So what you think i could have also?

Sounds great - as long as you remember that neither of those do well in new tanks and prefer older mature tanks.
