rasbora or tetra breed!?!?

Hi there i was wondering if anyone can give me a definite answer on my new fish…The Petstop shop had them advertised as Glowlight Tetras however as i was reading up more about them i now think they are rasboras !?😬 Any help identifying them for sure would be greatly appreciated Thanks...
