newbie with sick fish

Hello,   I am excited I found this forum site. I am fairly new to having an aquarium so I want to learn from everyone.  I found the forum by search for a picture of what my fish has, but did not turn up anything.  So here I am on my way to the Emergency forum.  BTW, admins, thanks for creating...
