draining a tank ?

Just had to drain my 50 gallon tank by 90 % so that we could move it to allow a new carpet to be fitted as it was far to heavy to move.   The filter was 'dry' for around 20 mins before we refilled it up and switched things back on.    Is this a sufficient period to have killed all my good...
