Just inherited a 40 gallon Huge upgrade need help. What plants can I add? How can I add the substrate with the tank full and fish inside?

40 Breeder Stocking/ Equipment
Iāll be getting a 40 breeder in the next couple of months and wanted to share my plans / stocking.
