Could i fit two in a 2.5 gallon? Like a male and a male, or a female + male? Whats better/most recommended? 2.5 is the biggest due to my budget =[

I have a 2.5 gallon tank with 1 betta. I was thinking of getting another 2.5 gallon for a guppy. If I get a guppy how many can fit? 1 Male + 1 female? More? Whats their life span? Are they friendly? Thanks!

Should I take the fish out when I apply the de-chlorinator/primafix/melafix?

Yeap, the tanks so colorful when my rooms dark and the tanks on it looks georigous! But thanks a lot i'll stop by the store tonight. Lets say he gets finrot and and fungul infection what do you do? Sprinkle it in the water just like food? Also how does the dechlorinator work aswell?

I also noticed i just did a 100% change, and the water was extremely warm. I made sure it was 80 degrees the first time, but I have the light that goes on all night must have warmed up the water significantly. Would that affect the redness too?

I don't know if its ammonia burns on the gills, since quite frankly, this is my first time owning a Betta. It's slightly red, you can't really tell for sure.

But I heard it's a sign of being happy/healthy + ready to mate with a female? What are the signs of being ill with a Betta?

If he stressed, why is he making bubble nests? He's ready to mate/he's happy and healthy right? If he was stressed he wouldnt be making bubbles then right?

I have to go down to our local Breeder shop anyways for my Cockatiels, so I'll see if they have a dechlorinator! What should I do if I haven't cycled my tank? The guy in the petshop just told me fill it up with tap water, make sure its warm but not too warm, and put him in. =[[ Damn pet shops!

I dont have a filter, nore a small filter. I do a 100% water change every 2 days. No I dont have a dechlorinator. I heard 78 degrees F is a good temperature for the tank, so I try to keep it there.
