I think a 10 gallon tank will suffice, dont worry about the fish, they will adapt and shrink:)

The simplest thing to do is to spank the fish... they are similar to humans in the sense hat they respond to harm caused to them...

I am an expert and can tell you this is not a bubblenest.... this a result of your fishes diet, if they have certain foods, they will begin to foam at the mouth creating what appears to ba a bubble nest but is really a chemical poinson that could eat you alive...

This specific white algae is called Crulumpus-Excafre, it was first discovered and named in 1771 by Felix Sderee A german fisherman. He attended a university and received degree in marine biology. He is honored in the algae hall of fame. The best thing you can do is clean your tank reguararly.
