Hello all, My tank is going well and I love it, the 8 WCM are happy however the 5 red cherry shrimp are now about 20 (!) or so and breeding ever more rapidly. Which is great, but whats the bioload like on my tank - am I going to run into problems?? Cheers!

My cherry shrimp arrived today - all in excellent condition, swimming around madly and happily. Recommended thanks Sharon.

I've got eight white clouds in this 30l Tetra art tank, 11w of light, cycled with mature filter media and filter replaced with a fluval1+ for added filtration, all water stats now looking perfect. Planting is Hygrophila Polysperma, java fern, Vallis Torta, and I'm going to add a little java...

I was going to upgrade the built in waterfall effect tetra filter with a fluval +1 which is rated at 200 l/h and up to 45l to increase the flow. Lots of nice plants too, placed at the back and sides. Sound ok then? (and thanks for the replies, was beginning to think it was a stupid question...)

I've seen some conflicting advice - how many White Cloud Mountain Minnows should I have in the tank? Its just under 8 gallons so if the inch per gallon rule applies thats eight - but the think fish calculator suggest loads more, as they have a light bioload. Any have any thoughts? I've got 5 in...
