I bought the last batch of Neon's from a different store and they died as well.

I've acclimated the last two batches for an hour and a half each. I let the bag sit in the tank for 15 minutes then slowly add my tank water to the bag. When the bag is full with water I then dump out half of the water and repeat the process.
