thanks for all your tips!, I've heard of people feeding pieces of Veg - anyone had any experience of this, if so which Veg and how much?

I feed mine on mysis shrimp but I'd like ideas on what other foods people have tried. I heard some people use some vegetables, anyone on here had any experience of this? I'd like to vary the diet as much as possible.

forgot to ask whats best to feed a starfish. the fish are fed on mysis shrimp.

the tanks been running for a long time but the sand is only been in the last 2 weeks.

so it seems i have a lazy sandshifting starfish because the surface has brown patches forming. what is this exactly and is it normal? should i take steps to change this? Thanks in advance

Just a quick question to see how much it costs to set up a small tropical-marine shop in the uk... a ballpark figure would be cool, experienced answers and educated guesses are both welcome. I have an idea but would like the thoughts of others here, thanks in advance, bex.
