So I found this sweet rock hiking, and I want to put it in the aquarium. I don't want it to mess up the water PH and stuff though, so is there any way to tell if it will? I remember reading something about putting it in vinegar and seeing if something happens, but I dunno if thats legit or not...

For feeding puffer fish, what would be wrong with just dropping a teaspoon or whatever of brine shrimp eggs right into the tank? You could just skim off the egg shells and the fish could eat as they please. Has anyone ever tried this?

Well thank you all for the help. My heater is one of those pre-set ones. Its this one: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod...u=0029791000000 It says its preset and you cant change it. I have it buried under the gravel, could that have something to do with why its not keeping 78 degrees...

I just got a new 10 gallon, and want to put some dwarf puffers in it. I can't find any around here, I was wondering if its possible to buy them anywhere online without paying upwards of $30 for shipping since I'm on a budget? I also asked some local petshops to order them in but they cant get...
