thanks to all who gave advice, i appreciate it, i will go with the convicts and firemouths, i will post some pictures when the tank has fish in it. thanks again.

hi scott would it be possible to have both firemouths and convicts in the same tank, and do they like hard or soft water, ive read a couple of books to get some info and they've given different info in different books, thanks willrob.

thanks for the advice on the oscars, would severums be comfortable in a 45 gallon tank, if not any advice what fish would be suitable.thanks to all

hi i'm setting up another tankits 4ft by 18 inches by 12 inches, would it be ok to keep 2 oscars and 2 severum together in that the tank together, or would it be better to keep just the one type of fish, thanks for any replies. :unsure: :unsure:
