My name is Billy and I am new to the fish/planted tank world. I have a 12, 10, and 5 gallon. The 10 I just planted and the 12 will be soon. I have african dwarf frogs, neon tetras, guppies, mollies platys, kuhli loaches, otos, nerite snails, flower shrimp, and regular shrimp.

Can anyone tell me what this is and if I should be worried, both for my tetra and for my other fish in the tank? I could upload the pictures, so I have added a link below. Thank you. Pictures of my tetra
