Planning a gentle river tank. 48, 12, 12. Will canister filter provide enough flow by itself if the in and out are on opposite ends? How much gph? 30 gallons. Will 200 be enough for length? Do I need to add powerhead?

My Pygmy cory have no problem with the serpae. Do quite well. With the full size Cory and neons, I suspect they were stressed. I have red other sources about this as well, that neons are not great tankmates.
