he looks like he's breathing ok doesn't look like he's breathing fast im just worried about the other little neons nudging him, because when they do he swims off , im new to fish so sorry to bother people but don't want to lose him

please help, i've had my new tank with fish in for two weeks now and my red tail shark seems really happy swimming about and then he seems to lay on the bottom of the tank and i thought he was ill till i went near the tank and he swam off, the other little neons keep going up to him and nudging...
