  ANybody know what these bumps are??

OK today I learned that it takes about 75 flashes of a digital camera flash for a Leopard danio to stop being scared away.    Below is the LF Leopard Danio with the mystery bumps on the right fin that I have treated as ICH for more than 2 weeks with no change. Any one know what it is?      

Thanks, the_lock_man, I am doubting it is too. So do fish get white growths on them? Its not like a growth under the scales, it is something sitting on top of the fin. I will try to get a pic.
