Also I gpot tank 2nd hand - filter designed for 150 litre tank and using this in 50l (was being used for large coldwater goldfish at the time) pretty powerful - is this ok?

I am not looking to put any more fish in bioorb - i have 7 fish in this and think this is ok (tell me if I am wrong) but am wanting advice on the 50l tank and what to put in that

I saw the shrimp physically catch the neon, the neon tried to swim away but the shrimp clung on and started to eat the neon alive. I have googled this and spoken to our local fish specialist and they said that they do know reports of them getting quite aggressive depending on how big they grow...
