Just an update, I've decided on a school of white and black skirt tetras, some otos, some danios, a snowball pleco, and a gourami, either opaline, banded, or honey.

I was thinking of starting a 55 gallon tank, with Java Ferns and Cabombas. Also, I would have gouramis, tetras, and some cories are dojo loaches. I would buy some fake floating plants, but how many java ferns and cabombas would i need? Thanks!

Also, does it matter if the light says "corallife" does that mean that you can only use it for marine tanks?
