Sadly no, it has only one switch n I can't control how bright the light should be

My lights are on for 8 hours only they used to be 11 hours at the first then 9 hours n nowv8 hours but I still get algae. Unknowingly I was over feeding then after people pointed out to me I started feeding em every other day but I still get algae
