Can you buy breeding traps?

Last night my blue wag platy had babies. I've only had these fish for about 3 days and have no clue what to do. I did not expect to get a pregnant fish and did not know she was pregnant. What can I do with the babies if they live? What do they eat? How long does it take them to get close to full...

I honestly don't know...I let the water set and put the stuff in they told me put. Like I said I'm new and this is my for at tank.

I just have a little 10g and I am hopefully getting platys today as long as they ok my water.
