ok, I have a ten gallon tank, water changes every week or more often if needed, setup the tank to prevent large amonia/nitirite/nitrate spikes, change filter media every 2 weeks, water temp is 84 degrees. I had 5 black neons tetras and 5 neon tetras. I lost 1 fish to what appeared to be neon...
