I've had this petagonal 44gal glass tank for about a year and a half. In the past i have always filled it to where the glass meets the plastic. Just recently i noticed that it is leaking at the top. I know that that is the best place to leak, However it leaves unsitely calcium build up down...
Well thanks alot with the identity problem. I guess ill just have to feed him(or by the pics of the others "her") exclusive blood worms for now. TY
Tim
Yeah i watch the show. They always fram the characters in the tank because it creates a nice composition. The cichlids in it are sweet, lots of variety. They knew what they were doing.
Tim
Yup, you always should have a little box filter or carbon heads, etc... That gravel is most likely full of anaerobic bacteria which suck the Oxigen out of the water. Plecos could be in trouble. If i were you i would do a complete gravel change or clean.
Tim
Did you change the carbon filters? Or do you have an undergravel filter? If so you might have alot of anaerobic bacteria building up if you have high or low spots.
Goodluck, Tim
Im sure that someone out there can tell me what species this fish is. Maybe there is even someboby that can tell me why he wont eat the pellits i feed him. Yet he will skarf up the entire cube of blood worms. :look: ThanksUnknown Cichlid
If i were you i would through a few big mouth bass, sripped bass, maybe some perch or crape in that mother of a tank. You could have your own warm water wild fish tank. Shoot for a bottom feeder why not a carp.
