Some people keep saying that a tank must to huge to accomadate betta fish. I bought a glass tank that is 4.5 inch by 4.5 inch by 9 inch. I was wondering if this will be enough to substain a betta for a long period of time?

I bought new betta fish and I need to know when chlorine evaporates so that it is safe for the betta.
