I have a 10 inch mbu puffer who in the last week has become very lethargic. I havent changed or done anything different with the tank and feed him krill on a daily basis, ocassionally snails. First I noticed white sposts on his fins(only). It doesnt appear to be ich, it looks more like a fungus...
