I have some news, I don’t know if it’s good or bad. I found a bubblenest guarded by one of my male Bettas and it has eggs in it. I really want to save it, but I’m not sure whether to transfer the eggs or wait and transfer them when they’ve hatched. Any suggestions are appreciated :thumbs:

Yeah, that’s what I thought too. Thank you for the input. I guess I’ll just leave them be. I’m only worried because I don’t really like the thought of the babies (if present) being eaten by the other fish. :/-_-

As the title says, I want to know what I’m supposed to do if my Bettas accidentally bred? A male of mine has built a large bubble nest between an object and the wall of my pond. I don’t know what to do... On a side note, one of my croaking gouramis has also built a bubble nest in a sheltered...

In my 250 gallon tank there's a 20" long giant snakehead. I've kept him for 2 years. Anyway, I want a tank mate for him as the tank looks empty with just him and feeder fish. His last tank mate was a 16" giant gourami which died somehow but not by the snakehead of course. Any suggestions? I...

Thanks:thumbs:. I'll move the platies out into one of my other tanks. And the bala shark is ok as long as there are no other members of its kind. Also if he gets too big, I'll move him too. EDIT: I only added the platies cos' I like the colour. All the other fish were wild-caught, mostly by me.
