Its a 10 gal 1 dalmation molly,2 glow light tetras,1 black moor goldfish,3 serpae tetras,and albino clawed frog i have a filter heats airpump stone watercondinoer i do weekly 100% water changes and clewan the whole tank

My dalmation molly is agreesive to my tetras what is happening or is it something different. OK my Dalmation Molly is chasing my glowlight tetras are the playing,fighting, or breeding may a new specie arrive can someone explain whats going on with my dalmation?
