it doesnt say on the neutro+ what ppm it should be, just the dosage, and yes it probably is the light

the thing i also do not understand is that the cause of hair algae is low Co2, yet i have a drop checker that is always green-yellow (green being ideal) i dose nuetro Co2 and nuetro+ ferts no it is defff not staghorn, its very light brown and very very fine and looks silky but its quite slimey...

yes drop checker is lime green, but atm its close to yellow as i have been told to put in loads of Co2.
