Hi just setup my tank 30l on Saturday And then started a fish less cycle (added old plant and rock from a tank that I've had running for years) I ve been adding flake food every day and just done my first water check please can you check the results so make sure I am on the right track...

Thanks all the external filter it's a efx200 ( just trying to think how to slow the out put down a bit?) Going to look around the local stream for maybe some bogwood and some large stones to add ( do I need to boil stones & bogwood or just soak it over night?)
