Yes it's only one 65w 50/50 actinic since the other ballast is busted. I just finished setting it all up so Im going to test today and see where I'm at. Hopefully I won't have much of a cycle since I got rock and sand from an established tank. Thanks nemo

btw you can find some great deals on craigslist for LR as it is very expensive at the LFS. Plus you have the benefit of getting it from an established tank. I actually have some for sale for cheap if you're in the Houston area.

LR is definitely a must. It is your means of filtration. It is recommended to get 1.5-2 lbs/1 g. There's a good section of what is needed in the marine section. Depending on if you want corals or just FOWLR, you may need to upgrade your lights too. I am unsure of what lights you currently own.
