your tank is to small to hold the fish you have got goldfish need 10 gallons each pluss 10 gallons they are very messy fish

i would turn the temp down to 23c as its to hot for the tetra

i think you are supposed to take the led off those plants as for fish i would get a m/f kribensis and some neon tetra
