i've got the opposite case of the gourami attacking the guppies and tetras. I might put the gourami in a separate tank for a day and see if he changes his behaviour.

    got some new fish

Hi All, I got some new fish yesterday. I exchanged my clown loach with a guppy and 2 rummy nosed tetras. So now I've got a dwarf gourami, 2 guppies, 2 rummies and one cory catfish. One of the rummies was stressed out for a while after the move, but now is swimming happily with the other little...

    Suggestions for getting more fish.

If I returned the loach and maybe the gourami, what fish would you get for the tank?

    Suggestions for getting more fish.

    Bettas, Gourami, and Cory cats

My dwarf gourami chases my betta around the tank, and I've seen him bite the tail of the betta, so I wouldn't recommend keeping them together. Now, my betta usually keeps out of the way of the gourami and stays in the corner of the tank.

    dead guppy

In my 20L tank I've got: a Dwarf Gourami a Betta a Peppered Catfish a Clown Loach a Guppy and 2 snails. the catfish, loach and guppy are all quite small (at the moment). I also have a 1 gallon tank empty of fish. I used to keep the betta in there, but I imagine it's too cold now in winter.

    dead guppy

Unfortunately I found my guppy dead , and I saw the dwarf gourami and the betta, nipping at the body. In the aquarium I also have a peppered catfish, clown loach and another guppy (these are quite small size). I'm wondering what killed the guppy. Was it the gourami or the betta? I've noticed...
