For anyone stumbling across this in the future wondering how this ended - not good unfortunately. I'm down from 13 guppies to 2 little few month old babies, all killed by this disease. I'm probably just going to sell the tank now.

Hi again, guppy is still looking very healthy and lively except from the tail, which has gotten quite a bit worse. Does this look like fin rot or nipping to you all?

Attached a video (note the guppy was just taken out of the isolation tank for this video - the small container you see isn't where he's currently being isolated!). His top fin is looking less clamped than yesterday, but he's still just sat on the bottom breathing rapidly.

Yes surface agitation is excellent, 1000lph pump with a spray bar. To clarify the whole tank is not being treated, the guppy has been isolated for treatment. I'm using the salt and anti-internal bacteria medication because I have no better ideas, and I don't have any broad-spectrum medication...

Sad news, #3 has now died in isolation. This was 24 hours after starting praziquantel, possibly too late for it to do anything. Really stuck for what to do now, feels like I am going to lose everything.
