hi , my mollie seems very pregnant , and the male keeps following her , and he seems to be butting her in her behind , any ideas why he is doing this ?

i had 6 neons in my tank , now only have 5 , dont know where the other 1 went , :unsure:

mine are variatus platys , do you think thats what happend then ? the males hounded them to death ? iknow 1 of the male platys is always chasing the other platys .

i have lost 2 female platys in the last 2 weeks , 1 i found dead this morning , at the time they died , their bellys were very swollen and they looked heavily pregnant but could see no gravid spot , they both seemed fine the night before and my other fish seem all fine , could you tell me why...

in the past 2 weeks i have lost 2 suspected heavily pregnant platys , my other fish seem fine , their stomachs were very swollen , but never saw any gravid spot , would anyone be able to tell me why this may have happend ? :unsure:

that picture is exactly how my platy looks , and dont know whether to out her in a breeding tank or not , i brought her last week and she has been putting on weight since , any suggestions ? i cannot see any gravid spot.

it might sound daft , so am sorry , but am new to this , but 1 of my platys has been staying under the bridge for the last few days , and am a bit worried about her , any ideas what could be wrong ?

at this moment , my fiancee has just fished out another 2 babys , she gave birth last week , i do not think they are a new lot , as they are quite big for new borns , i thought there was only 2 survivors , wow , am so happy. :hyper:

well i have a couple of trees in there , maybe i should get a couple more , am keeping an eye out now on any signs that 1 of them may be carrying again.

just the 5 platies at the mo , plus 2 babies , i got a breeding box that floats around at the top , i only got them last week , and the shop sold them to me as cold water fish , so had to quickly act when another shop told me they were tropical, have been on the internet ever since learning as...

god , yeah , lol , but i dont mind , i love them , they are beautiful , :D
