If you changed the carbon in your filter as well it could be due to the fact that there are no more " good" bacteria in the filter cartridge

I came back from my vacation and realized that my balloon molly was rocking side to side, when i looked closer she was covered in these grey/ translucent fungus like spots. Does anyone know what this is? I lost my other molly this way about 6 months ago id really like to find out how to fix it...
