I use the E300 in my 370ltr rena and it keeps the water heated well. It is a bit on the chunky side but thats only because the heater comes within a guard. Fluvals M series heaters are very good to and come with a lighter price tag. Keith.

For your dechlorinator then that would be Seachem Prime, simply for the benefits it provides and its very concentrated so will last you a long time. If you are living in the UK then boots is the place for H/H Ammonia. Keith.

What filters are you looking at?

With having live plants this will mean more debri to clear on top of any fish waste so the bigger the filter the better. Having a bigger filter will also provide you with a lot more media to take care of the bioload. Keith.

Imo i would look for a filter that will turn over at least 800Lph. Keith.
