I have two snails and they haven't bothered anything so far. They are VERY interesting to watch and if you start to get to much just bag them up and put them in a lake or pond surely they would be alright. :D

If you have a tank with gravel can you convert to sand or just decrease the about of gravel? Would this hurt the ego system in the tank?
