    Random snail

Thank you. So killing it would be the best thing? How do you humanly kill a snail?

Yes definitely in australia. Maybe a variation? I know I used to have little pond snails as a kid and they were very light coloured.

    Random snail

Random snail popped up in our small tank which has 1 red tail shark and 8 neon tetras. This tank it just does its thing we have another tank that has it’s good times and then random out breaks. But today noticed a snail in the smaller one. I’d say it’s got there from a plant. Wondering what kind...

Tank sickness or other - help!!

Thank you, such a great response. I’m saddened that we have too many fish, I asked my local pet shops and aquariums they all told me it was fine 🥺 All the fish are juveniles at this stage, planning to upgrade to a much larger tank in future, (but keep this one too) We already have another...

Tank sickness or other - help!!

I woke up this morning and fed my fish to find sunny one of my newer angels floating on the top, one eye seemed to be pushed in/missing and tail had parts missing. I’m questioning this as recently (4 weeks or so ago) lost another angel Batman. Both Batman and Sunny purchased at different times...

    Bristlenose pleco guarding eggs??

No I don’t mean take him out. I am just worried if there is something inside the decor, e.g eggs that aren’t fertile that I need to remove (if there are eggs). Im more worried about it effecting health of fish in there and the tank levels. No fish have been removed or disturbed 🙂

    Bristlenose pleco guarding eggs??

My guys not aggressive at all, didn’t chase any of the fishes away, but he didn’t let them in either… as he is new to my tank I’m unsure if he has bred before, or if this is new for him too. I still can’t see any fry, so assuming either way there is none… I just hope they’re not in the decor...

    Bristlenose pleco guarding eggs??

Hi, I recently got a male albino bristlenose pleco, unknown to me at the time because I’m only a year into fish keeping… I must’ve had all female bristlenoses in my tank already when I got him because none of the other have spikes even half as big as his… Anyway, since he has been in the tank...
