Mamaphish repeated water changes will kill planaria and so will a little salt if your fish can handle it. Planaria is caused by excess nitratre in the water .
I have had experience with this problam.
Maybe a red Empress although as stated before I cant keep yellow labs very well. they like to fight too much. Most of the time losing in the effort. :/
