I think most in NYC do not have cars , they do have garages for parking but not inexpensive at all .

A/C is on here at 77 degrees and outside temp is think mid 70s ( Miami ) but come Summer when temps for MONTHS are in 90s every day and you look over your shoulder for a monster hurricane which insurance and all WILL still destroy your house , you wonder if you made correct choice , lol
