I have 5, 1 week old albino corydora fry in a tank, and in another have maybes 6 or so guppy fry, and also 1 platy fry. (Guppy and platy fry probably a week or so if that too) Will I be ok to put all the fry into a hatching box in one of the tanks together? More so for feeding Etc.

Its probably borderline, the general rule is 1" per gallon for fish so really your slightly overstocked…. :)

What about feeding them? When do i start feeding them that liquid food? Seen somewhere shouldn't give them that on first few days?

Cool think ill invest in one of these for the next time, hopefully they will breed again! :)

They will breed anywhere they're like rabbits! Although if the fry survive (probably get eaten) your tank will become overstocked very quickly...

Yeh the eggs were a total shock! Im buzzing I just hope I can save 1 or 2, the cats were my favourite fish in the other tank was planning on buying more so this works out pretty cool! :) I had to take the airstone out as think it was creating too much motion in the water and the fighter didn't...

Update -  realised that the hatching boxes grooves to let water in were just big enough for the fry to escape, so have come up with this, 2 litre bottle cut and then stabbed a few small holes in and placed the remaining eggs in. Since doing so a couple have hatched and are swimming about. Ive...

Just recently purchased a new 55l tank so i could house a male fighter and transfer 3 cordoras into it as tank mates.   Within a day i found loads of eggs on the side of the tank scattered all over. Decided id have a go at trying to raise some fry so went and bought a little floating hatchery...

Do they exist? Bought a shoal of harlequin rasboras today and the man put 2 "East European harlequins" in first by accident, I corrected him saying I wanted the others n said I could have them for free... So said yes as they were pretty looking fish... Problem is can't find anything about them...

How long would I have to leave him out for while he gets her med?? What would happen if I were to leave her would she die?!

Just noticed there my female gold ram has developed 2 purple spots in between its eyes and mouth... Any ideas?? :/
