so u can just add the dechlorinator in the tank before you fill it back up? I always thought that with the python u still had to use the buckets to mix the dechlorinator with the water before throwing it back into the tank.

Hey everyone two of my bala's are showing signs of Black Spot but im not sure as I dont have any experience with this disease. If your familiar with a bala sharks coloring youll notice the black spots on the inner tail fin and the couple just below the dorsal. I know its a bad picture sorry...

i used to rely on LFS employees but after i got more into fishkeeping and researching stuff in books and online the more i began to not trust the LFS people. There is only one guy i trust at my local Petsmart that I may even start a fish tank building company with.

dont get me wrong here, I love fish, but there are much bigger problems in the world that could use the effort in fixing than poor fish keeping practices by walmart.

generally its better to let the tank cycle instead of throwing chemicals in that can hurt the beneficial bacteria.
