No it looks worse actually. It looks like a red mess. However, his other eye looks like the images above and the eye that popped out looked like that before it turned red.

The eye was indeed bulging out and did look like it was bleeding. I honestly have to get the stats on the nitrate, amonina etc. This fish is about 2-3 years old.
