    Hi, i have been looking at the HAGEN MULTI TOOL sold in Pets at Home, it looks quite useful with it's grabber and scissors. Has anyone got one of these and if so are they any good ? also can it be operated with one hand or do you need to use both hands, it doesn't tell you on the packaging. Rod
